She is survived by: her daughters, Renae Ortiz and Katelyn Brunker; her grandchildren, Julian Ortiz, Tatyana Ortiz, Tanaya Eddings, Josiah Eddings and Kailani Eddings; her sisters, Teresa Zuercher and Debra Baker; her stepfather James Peters (Jim); her niece Stephanie Brewer; her great-niece Julianna; her siblings, Dondra, Lynn, Ron, Jeanette and Jeanna; her pets, Maiyah and Kitty; and also, Michelle Moini, Nina and Zade.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to "Love INC," reflecting Tina's spirit of service and love for others.
