She was predeceased by: her parents, William Breshears and Lillie Breshears (Hodge); her husband Sylvanus Neal, Jr.; her stepson Michael Neal; and her siblings, Barbara McDonald, Betty Winters, Chuck Breshears and Glen Breshears.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Cook of La Grande, OR, Pauline Weaver of La Grande, OR, Greg Neal (Cindy) of Lostine, Patty Moffit of Imnaha and Kevin Neal (Debby) of Wallowa, OR; and her sister Freida Trump. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 10 nieces and nephews.
