He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Maxey (Theisen); his wife Lynn Maxey; his former wife Kathy Maxey; his children, Spencer and Savanna Maxey; and his siblings, Beth (Kelly Dohmen), Doug (Lysa Maxey), Patrick (Shauna Maxey), Diana Campos, Marc (Gina Maxey), Jay (Toni Maxey), Paula Maxey Dartman, Gina (Tim Reinke) and Wendell Maxey.
