She was predeceased by: her parents, William John Cook Sr. and Hilda Frances Vincent; her husband Don Mentzer; her son Art; and her siblings, Bill, Dean, Bud Cook, Virginia Sharp, Joan Lown and Barbara Whisenant.
She is survived by: her son Ron (Jeanie); her daughter-in-law Pam; her grandchildren, Annie, Seth (Trista), Andy and Sarah (Phil); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Peyton, Haylee, Ruth, MaryJo and Philip; and her sister Betty Cavanagh.
