He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kennedy and Ruth Kennedy; and his siblings, Ernest Jr. and Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, Debra Welch (Ben), Terri Briggs (David) and Brad Kennedy (Kathy); his grandchildren, Tara, Matt Welch, David, Jackson Briggs, James and John Nelson; and his brother Montee. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.

Contributions in Bill's honor can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Bristol Hospice - Rogue Valley.
