She is survived by: her parents, Rick Lamb and Nella Lamb; her husband Patrick Spencer O'Harrow; her children, Sasha Chabre (Brayden), Colin O'Harrow, Bridgette O'Harrow, Emma Jones (Kylie) and Cody Warrick; her grandson Clayton Chabre; her siblings, Kimberly Young (Ward), Ryan Lamb (Jennifer Richardson) and Chris Kurtz; her niece Zoey Lamb; and her nephew Zachary Lamb.
