She was predeceased by: her parents, Harland Amos Kelly (Buster) and Virginia Elizabeth Pawsey Kelly; and her siblings, Frederick Kelly, Richard Kelly and Judy Clark.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ida Dell Winston of Richland and Susan Meeks of Issaquah. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Milton-Freewater Cemetery (54700 Milton Cemetery Rd, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862).
Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital & Regional Medical Center SEATTLE or plant a tree in memory, or a charity of the donor's choice in care of Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home, 902 S. Main, Milton-Freewater, Oregon.
