He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fetterly and Ruth Fetterly (Longfellow). He is survived by: his children, Gregory Fetterly of Athena and Sunny Waggoner of Pendleton; and his granddaughters, Sierra Hargrove of Union and Natalie Waggoner of Elgin.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel (902 S Main St, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862).
