He was predeceased by : his wife Pamela "Pam" Hays; and his daughters, Alexis and Kaitlynn. He is survived by : his mother Billie Ann Luke; his children, Cassidy and Cody Hays (Hailey); his sister Julie Hetterley (Mike); and his grandson Kayson.
