With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephanie Ann Forthman of Milton Freewater, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 49. As Stephanie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Stephanie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Stephanie leaves behind.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Munselle Rhodes Funeral Home (902 S Main St, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862).
