He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Glaze and Agnes Glaze (O'Donnell). He is survived by: his wife Ann Sprague Glaze; his daughter Sarah (Jeston Black); his grandsons, Maguire and Madden; and his siblings, Greg Glaze (Susan), Rich Glaze (Judi) and Claudia Glaze Jones.
