He was predeceased by: his parents, Hjalmar Berg and Marie Berg; and his daughter Patti. He is survived by: his wife Betty (Shaffer); and his children, David (Cynthia), Vonnie (Gary) and Don (Kris). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
