He is survived by: his parents, Arnold Otter and Kathleen Otter; his wife Froi Otter (Blackburn); his children, Luke Otter (Jennifer), Nic Otter (Patty) and Jaclyn Otter; and his grandchildren, Helana Helmig (Ryan), Jeramiah Otter, Jason Otter and Emily Otter. He is also survived by five sisters; one brother; and many other loving family members.
