He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Meyer and Ron. He is survived by: his children, Casey Crawford, Tiesha, Brianna and Alex; his siblings, Ronald Chris Schofield, Gary Schofield, Steven Schofield (Karen), Niki Hollstein (Cliff), Deanne Schofield, Mindi Abeyta (Andy) and Corie Schofield; and also, Boog and Kaia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, as well as five precious grandchildren.
