It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Mann (Monmouth, Oregon), who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Mann and Elaine Mann. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Mann and Luke Mann; his daughter-in-law Jennie; his daughters, Kirsten Side (Jose) and Samantha Uribes (Andrew); his grandchildren, Maxwell, Nora, Kennedy and Isaiah; his siblings, David and Catherine; and his girlfriend Toni Chambers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Monmouth Christian Church (783 Church St W, Monmouth, OR 97361). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
