He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myrtle Blankenship Williams and Ceilous Lycurtis Williams, Sr.; his significant other Miss Mettie Wilkinson of Portland, Oregon.; his children, Ceilous, Martha, Jonathan (Lorraine), Jennifer (Eric), Melanie (Alvin), Stuart (Lilli) and Christopher (Heidi); his grandchildren, Nicole (René), Andrew (Angelique), Benjamin (Melissa), Nathaniel (Tori), Jacob, Abigail (David), Calum, Ewan, James, Sarah, Ellis and Adrian; and his great grandchildren, Mya, Malia, Logan, Emma, Riley, Charles, Lexi, Penelope, Mia, Ariella and Anastasia.
