He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Baumer and Myron Baumer. He is survived by: his wife Candace; his sons, Peter III (Kari) and Michael (Heather); his grandchildren, Peter IV and Sawyer; and his brothers, Richard (Linda) and James (Susan).

Mr. Baumer was an honorary Chapter member of Myrtle Point FFA and donations could be made to the Chapter.
