He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lloyd Paschall and Pearl Bell Paschall; his sister Patricia Hanley of Camas, WA; his children, Richard Paschall of Newberg, OR, Edward Paschall of Dana Point, CA, Bobby Paschall of Newberg, OR and Robin (Gina Paschall); and his grandchildren, Dusty Chapman of Hillsboro, OR, Suzie Morey of Tillamook, OR, Jesse Paschall of Beaverton, OR, Riley Paschall of Sherwood, OR and Ivy Jo Paschall of North Carolina. He was also cherished by 7 Great Grandchildren.
