She is survived by : her sister Mona; her children, Joe, Nita, Mona, Phillip, Mary and Marci; her friend John (Egyptian Museum); her caregiver Ankara; her children, Marcella Monroe (Tam Davage) of Michigan, Michele Monroe of Virginia, Mark Monroe (Kristie) of Oregon, Michael "Gavin" Monroe of Oregon and Margaret Monroe Anderson (Raymond) of Guam; her grandchildren, Jack and Katie Monroe of Oregon; and also, Raymond Frey and Margaret Frey (Boone). She is also survived by cousins, neices, nephews, sisters in law and friends.
