We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2023, at the age of 97, Wilma Ilene Loeks (Newberg, Oregon), born in Baker City, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Asa and Rebecca Ruth Koontz. She is survived by : her husband Merton G. Loeks; and her daughters, Karlyn Trout (Bruce), Connie Martincek (Larry) and Kathy Morrow (Dean). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
