He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Stephen Green (Wynette) and Jennifer Musgrove (Wesley); his grandchildren, Forrest, Rayna Musgrove, Eli, Larissa Musgrove, Lorna Green, Brittna and Jarret Griffee; and his brothers, Charles, John and David Green. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
