For Toni is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her father Michael McCullough; and her aunt Patricia Hoff. She is survived by: her mother Corrine McCullough; her husband Tom Johnson; her siblings, Diane Hammond (Dan) and Tim McCullough (Karen); her children, Audri Lambert (Jason) and Ryan Johnson (Alysha); and her grandchildren, Nicole, Travin, Ryan Jr. and Kelsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
