She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene M. Bair and Bessie Strong; her husband Ernie Bell; her children, Jack Bell, Susan McCloy and Carolyn Bell; her grandsons, Garrett Bell and Dustin Bell; and her siblings, Afton Cleverly, Forest Bair, LeRoy Bair, Evelyn Schulthies, Phyllis Mitchell and Sterling Bair.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Brice; her sons, Clark Bell (Pam) and Marlon Bell; and her children-in-law, Charlotte Bell and Don McCloy.
