He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Draper and Margaret Draper; and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Bill Strom), Rick (JanMarie Draper) and Penny (Don Phelps); his grandsons, Ryan, Mark Strom and Danny Phelps; his great grandchildren, Declan and Jensen Phelps; and his brother Mel.
