He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Curtis, Douglas (Santana), Jay (Connie) and Gwenn (Dan); his grandchildren, Nichole, Cameron, Samantha, Marco, Malia, Blake, Brenna, Anousa and Prida; and his brother Dan (Joyce). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
