He is survived by: his daughter Rachelle "Shelley" Fields; his brother Robert Fields (June); his son Jack (Tish); his grandchildren, Luke Fields (Amanda), Chase Fields (Amber), Sam Greenblatt and Hannah Greenblatt; and his great grandchild Thomas Fields.
