It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Lynn Chase in Ontario, Oregon, who passed away on March 24, 2026, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wayne, Bernice Kinsel and Eleanor Chase; her cousin Eric Kinsel; and her nephew James Frost.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles Chase and Colleen Chase (Kinsel) of Middleton, ID.; her sisters, Amanda Fifth (Travis), Karen Smith (Erick) and Margaret Frost (Timothy); and her nieces and nephews, Hailey, Absidey, Violet, Ruby, Scarlett, Madelyn, Lucas and Joseph. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
