She was predeceased by: her parents, John Finney and Lillian Finney; and her sister Jonna Sue Finney. She is survived by: her husband John Markell; her children, John J. Markell (Andi Dietz Markell), Lyla Markell, Emmie Markell and Kari Markell Petersen (Michael Petersen); and her grandson Jack Petersen.
