She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Warthen and Donna Warthen. She is survived by: her children, Beth Zirbes, Daniel Silva, Dustin Silva and Donna Arnold. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and her remaining siblings.
In her remembrance, the family would like to continue her support of St Jude's Children's Hospital and, in lieu of flowers, donations to this organization in her name are greatly appreciated.
