He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Muriel; his grandparents, Olaf and Jesse; his uncles, Barney, Keith and Bruce; and his daughter Kasey.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Corey Neistadt (Andrea), Katie McNeley (Jeff) and Makenzie Anderson (Corey); and his grandchildren, Cade, Lainey, Tyler, Jase, Jacob, Landon, Trent and Malcom. He is also survived by cousins who were like siblings.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Happy Canyon Foundation for their Golden Circle of Champions effort to help the families of children diagnosed with pediatric cancer.
