He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Palmer; his sister Donna Wade; his children, Chris and Wendy; and his stepchildren, Tonya, Robbin, Lance and Debbie. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop (131 SE Byers Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801).
