He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bliss and Viola Owen; and his brothers, David and Dale. He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie Swanson; his daughters, Rebekka Byrd and Nicole Dunn; his grandchildren, Kaydi, Riker, Xavier and Joslyn; his stepmother Millie; and his siblings, Debbie, Denny, Jason, Kim, Tim, Jim, Sadie and Matthew.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Burns Mortuary of Pendleton (336 SW Dorion Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801).
