He is survived by: his wife Jessica Montoya; his siblings, Gary Blackhawk, Glavis Wagner and Maria Montoya; his children, Sonny Montoya, Matthew Montoya, Rosa Arellanes and Lucas Arellanes; and his grandchildren, Amiya Montoya, Lucy Montoya, Moisha Wolfe-Esquiro, Sadiyah McKelvey, Gianni Montoya, Ona Ohlig and Amaysha Coman.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burns Mortuary of Pendleton (336 SW Dorion Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801). A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Homly Cemetery.
