She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Mulligan and Wilbur "Bill" Waters; her siblings, Carl and Betty; and her daughter Annamarie.
She is survived by: her children, Albert, Bud and Christine Ruloph (Vance). She is also survived by many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
