He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Hawkins and Helen Hawkins. He is survived by: his son Tim; his wife Jennifer; his children, Adam (Margy), Tanner (Polly), Blair (Jamie) and Kelsey (Jacoby); and his sisters, Sherrie (Andy), Julie (Jim), Candace Pam (Frank) and Becca (Garry). He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren.
