Barker (Portland, Oregon), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Joseph Mullen and Dorothy Louise Hagerty Mullen; and her husband Richard. She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Mullen of Phoenix, AZ, John "Jack" Mullen of Phoenix, AZ, Jane Coady of Scottsdale, AZ and Colleen Everroad of Hillsboro, OR. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and several grand-nieces and nephews.
