She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcella Zile (Sally) and Joseph Van Zile; her brother-in-law Steven Kish; and her nephew Rourke Van Zile. She is survived by: her husband Richard T. Milligan; her sons, Kyle (Nicole) and Sean Milligan; her stepdaughters, Carrie Cole (Bob) and Laurie Vizzini; her sister-in-law Suzanne Morrissey; her granddaughters, Nixon Vizzini, Mia and Lily Cole; her siblings, Jo Kish, John Van Zile (Donna) and David Van Zile (Donna); and her siblings' children, Ian Van Zile, Danielle Kish (Damian), Lauren Argier (Mike), Blake, Keegan (Jackie) and Jack Van Zile.
A Mass was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Clare Church (8535 SW 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97219).
