She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Halamka and Marie Halamka; and her significant other Stuart Schneider. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Routon (Randy), Sandy MacDuffee (Mike), Bobby Hartling (Lynn) and Myrna Choat (Lowell). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
