She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca and Gina Kelley; her granddaughter Audrey; her husband Tom Phillips; and her siblings, Daniel Kelley and Sharlene Garrett. She is also survived by her husband, two daughters, two sons-in-law, one granddaughter.
