He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Smaka and Marie Smaka; his siblings, Ronald Smaka Jr. (Mary Ann Weekes), Jeanne Matotek (Joseph) and Carolyn Smaka (Alex Bernstein); his siblings' children, Lindsey, Lane, Logan, Justin, Maddie, Maxwell and Charlie; and his friends, Ed, Darrel, Ann, John, Donald, Cara, Leigh and Matthew. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
