She was predeceased by: her husband John Ambrose Durant Jr.; and her parents, Linus Meisch and Mary Meisch. She is survived by: her friends, London, Paris and Montreal; her children, Bridget Kanehira (Brice) and John Ambrose Durant III; her significant other Michael Pollowitz; and her siblings, Mary Powell (Matt), Peter Meisch (Susan), Paul Meisch (Margaret) and George Meisch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
