He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Edwards and Beverly Edwards; and his former wife Merilyn Edwards (Hembree). He is survived by: his wife Dena; his stepdaughters, Jennifer (Brad) and Laura (Makoto); his sons, Derek (Katy) and Travis (Sara); his grandchildren, Briar, Theo and Ellis; his sister Jennifer Adams-Haglund (Larry); and his close friend Sarah Bradley. He is also survived by her 5 grandsons.
