With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Wayne Nelson (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on April 19, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Kayal Groshell; his sons, Bob (Robin) and Steve (Bill); and his granddaughter Samantha (Bradford).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in Don's name to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org).
