He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Marie Gillam (Ohman) and Lewis Maxfield Van Noy; his stepfather Roy Ohman; his brothers, Clifford James and Earl Lewis Van Noy; and his granddaughter Rebecca Segal.

He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Segal (Arnold), Vicki Olson (John) and Julie Cody (James); his grandchildren, Jonathan Segal (Katie), Joshua Segal, Samantha Olson (Kurt Dieter), Hayley Olson, Trent Olson (Mekaela) and Dillon Cody; and his great grandchildren, Molly Kate Segal and Isaac Dieter.
