It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Paul Dindia (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Gerald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Gerald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gerald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite and August; his siblings, Helen and Don; and his grandson Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his children, Mark (Lynne), Matt (Jayme), LuAnne (Jim), Lynelle (Jason) and Larry. He is also survived by four stepchildren he loved as his own; seventeen grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
