She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Scott and Winnie Scott (Chronister); her husband Phillip Betts; and her sister Judy Blubaum (Scott). She is survived by: her sister May Baucom (Scott); and her sons, Wesley Betts and Casey Betts. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
