He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lester Baggerly and Lucy Merle Garrison Baggerly; his son Jeffrey Baggerly (Carol); his stepson Ronald Harris; and his siblings, Harold Baggerly (Juanita), Judson Baggerly (Shirley), Betty Graegin (Don), Linda Sue Baggerly and Margaret Silveus Rebbe.

He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Robin Baggerly (Jody) of Glenarm and Larry Baggerly (Kim) of Springfield; and his siblings, Donna Hock of Springfield and Harry Baggerly (Janet) of Rockville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pullium Cemetery.
