He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Hipp and Clara Hipp; and his children, James Eugene Hipp, Jr. (Brenda Hipp) and Deborah Ann Miles (Gary Miles). He was also cherished by Six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
