“I was so saddened to hear of Jay's death. He was a very sweet, friendly neighbor. We sometimes chatted as he rode his scooter on West Point Ave. while taking his cute little dog for a walk. He always seemed genuinely interested in the person he was talking to. My sincere condolences go out to Robin and his family.”
