With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jessica N. Schmer (Portland, Oregon), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2025 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jessica leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her parents, Michelle Moore and Patrick Moore; her sisters, Brittany and Kayla; and her siblings' children, Wyatt of Harmony, LJ, Jessica, Rose, Isabella, Skyla and Samson.
Jessica's memory and love for God will live on through her creative spirit and inspiring decision to save lives through organ donation.
